Can’t connect via FTP with correct logins?

If you can't connect to the server even if you have used the correct logins, you may have to make sure that you've set your FTP software to active mode. FTP connection to our cloud servers requires an active ftp mode. NOTE: This FTP setup is based on FileZilla (for Windows) configuration only. If you're using other software, search the Internet for its respective configuration for active ftp mode. To start, go to Edit >> Settings:
  1.     Set Transfer Mode to Active. ftp_act_1
  2. Set Passive Mode to "Fall back to active mode"
  3. Make sure also that no FTP Proxy is selected.
  4. Close the Settings window and start connecting using your FTP login details.
